This document is effective as of October 24, 2020.
1.1. This Privacy Policy for mobile applications (hereinafter — the Policy) applies to the information which the Developer Alexander Stankevich (Russia, 109028, Moscow, Yauzskaya street, 5) (hereinafter – the Developer) can obtain from the device user during use of the mobile application HomeTodo (hereinafter – Application).
1.2. Using the Application means that the User unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the conditions for processing information received from the user's device specified in it. In case of disagreement with the Policy, the user must refrain from using the App.
1.3. This application Privacy Policy applies to all information that the Developer may receive about the User while using this Application.
1.4. This Policy applies to all published mobile applications of the Developer.
1.5. The Developer does not control and is not responsible for the information of third parties to which the User can click on the links available in the application. On such sites, other personal information may be collected or requested from the user, as well as other actions may be performed.
1.6. The Developer does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by users, and does not monitor their legal capacity.
1.7. The Developer understands that the information transferred to them by users is accurate and maintains this information up to date.
1.8. By Installing the Application on your mobile device, the User agrees that the Developer will collect, process, record, organize, store, modify, depersonalize, delete, modify the User's personal data for the purpose of providing services under contracts concluded between the User and the Developer.
2.1. The Application has access to and uses the following information on Your device:

2.1.4. Photo Images obtained using the device's camera, as well as stored in the device's memory, are used as part of the services implemented in the Application.
2.1.5. Data is automatically transmitted to the Developer including information from cookies and the User's device.
2.2. This access to the device functions is necessary for full functioning of the Application and is not used to cause harm to the User.
3.1. The Application collects and stores only those personal data that is necessary for the provision of services included in the Application.
3.2. The user's personal information may be used for the following purposes:
3.2.1. Identification of the party under the agreements;
3.2.2. Providing personalized services to the User;
3.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information related to the use of the services, provision of services, as well as processing requests and requests from the User;
3.2.5. Improving the quality of the app, its usability, and developing new services;
3.2.6. Carrying out statistical and other researches based on depersonalized data.
4.1. In accordance with this Policy, the Developer processes only the information and only for the purposes specified in clause 3.2 of the Policy.
4.2. The Developer takes all organizational and technical measures that depend on the Developer to protect the User's information from unauthorized access by third parties, use, copying and distribution.
4.3. For the purposes set out in this Policy, the Developer may involve partners with whom the Developer has concluded relevant confidentiality agreements. The Developer transfers depersonalized data about the use of the Application to partners for the purpose of improving the App's performance on the basis of agreements with partners.
4.4. The Developer is guided by the Federal law of Russian Federation "On personal data" when processing personal data of users/
5.1. The User may at any time change (update) the personal information provided by them or part of it.
6.1. The Developer takes all necessary measures to protect any personal data provided by users.
6.2. Only authorized employees of the Developer, authorized employees of third-party companies (i.e. service providers) or other contractors who have signed an agreement on confidentiality and protection of personal data have Access to personal data.
6.3. All employees of the Developer who have access to personal data sign agreements on non-disclosure of confidential information and must adhere to the privacy and personal data protection policy.

Users use the Application as is and take measures to protect their personal data in it from security threats, including, but not limited to: — protect their device and Applications installed in it from theft or loss; - protect their device and Applications installed in it from unauthorized access.
7.1. The Developer has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
7.2. When making changes in the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published in the Application and on the website https://home-todo.com, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
8.1. This Policy and the relations between the User and the Developer arising in connection with the Application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the law of Russian Federation.
